Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct opportunity assessments, market analysis, due diligence, and portfolio expansion strategies in global pharmaceutical markets.
• Build and maintain forecast and pricing models (e.g., revenue, budget impact, price-volume sensitivity) and develop pricing and contracting strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct value proposition development [Payer and HCP] through desk research, primary research, and stakeholder interviews
• Perform claims analysis based on databases such as Komodo, Symphony, and IQVIA
• Develop Go-to-market strategies based on field force optimization
• Perform quantitative analysis, such as Conjoint analysis, by programming surveys
• Build therapy area dashboards and trackers to monitor KPIs such as sales trends, treatment adoption, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration in Economics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, or other life science-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 9.5/10
• A PhD in lifesciences related discipline is highly appreciated
• GMAT score of 720/800 or equivalent standardized test score
• Must have a valid certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in either life science or healthcare management consulting
• Understanding of the US and EU pharmaceutical market landscapes
• Robust experience working on market intelligence databases (e.g., Evaluate Pharma, Global Data, IQVIA, Citeline, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in building forecast models using Excel and Think-Cell-based solutions.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, problem-solving ability, initiative, results orientation, and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English. Good to have working knowledge of German and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to apply AI-driven analytics to address diverse challenges in the life sciences sector.
• Skilled in deploying AI-based solutions to improve data utilization, segmentation, and personalized insights
• Strong background in integrating and managing complex datasets using automated tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms for research, business intelligence, and strategic planning
• Experience using machine learning techniques for trend analysis, forecasting, and strategic problem solving.

Work Location: Empire Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
