Key Responsibilities:
Lead Critical Workstreams – Plan, structure, and manage project components that deliver actionable strategies and measurable results.
Crack Complex Problems – Dive into data, test assumptions, and generate insights that inform bold client decisions.
Shape Recommendations – Translate findings into compelling, pragmatic solutions that clients can act on immediately.
Engage With Executives – Partner with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships at the highest levels.
Mentor & Inspire – Guide junior team members, fostering excellence and collaboration across the team
Qualifications:
· An advanced degree or MBA from a top-tier university.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare management consulting, top-tier strategy consulting, or leadership roles in pharma, MedTech, or diagnostics.
Proven ability to lead analyses, deliver insights, and manage client relationships.
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
